| | Switch from 4-4 to 2 deep look? | Reply |
I know that most people will look at this site for news on coaches, but thought I would ask the question anyway. The team I coach has been a 4-4, cover 3 team for as long as I can remember. Lately we have been getting killed by the spread teams. Mostly the seam and also some flood stuff. Any suggestions on how to switch to some 4 deep without losing the abilitty to defense the wing-T, wishbone and Fly offenses? Yah, we really have all those in the same league. Thanks in advance.
