•  LSU   Will Muschamp has been promoted from LB Coach to DC replacing Gary Gibbs, who left for the Dallas Cowboys.  Kirk Droll has been named to replace Muschamp as LB coach.

•  USC   Former Louisville CB coach Greg Burns has been hired to coach the Secondary.  The Trojans have also added Tim Davis and Steve Sarkisian to there staff.  Davis, previously at Wisconsin will coach OG's and C's while Sarkisian who had been an offensive assistant with the team will become the QB coach.  The Trojans have also announced that Lane Kiffin will move from TE's to WR's and Keith Uperesa will move from OL to OT's and TE's.

•  Texas  Former Georgia Tech interim Head Coach Mac McWhorter has been hired by UT to coach OT's and TE's.   McWhorter has been an assistant at Alabama, Memphis, Georgia, West Georgia, Duke, Clemson and Georgia Tech.

•  Louisville  Danny Hope (OL Purdue) has accepted the Assistant Head Coach/OL job at Louisville.

•  Delaware  Rowan Head Coach and U of Delaware alum K.C. Keeler has been named head coach.

•  Mississippi   Assistant Head Coach Richard Basaccia has resigned to take over the Special Teams for the Tampa Bay Bucs.  Matt Luke (OL @ Murray State) has been hired to coach TE's.

•  Florida State  Bobby Bowden has promoted DC Mickey Andrews to associate head coach and RB coach Billy Sexton assistant head coach.

•  Oregon State  Noel Mazone has been hired to coach RB's and Special Teams Coordinator

•  Navy  Paul Johnson named LB coach and Special Teams Coordinator.

•  Central Michigan  Mike Bajakian named QB coach, Joe Danna WR coach, and Tor Dixon DB coach.

•  Washington  Cornell Jackson has been hired from the University of Houston to coach LB's.

•  Indiana  Tim Kish has been hired as DC.  Kish has previously been the DC at Ohio U., Illinois and Northwestern.

•  Central Florida  Bill D'Ottavio hired as DC.

•  Utah  Derek Mason hired from Bucknell to coach receivers.

•  Tampa Bay Buccaneers  John Gruden hired as head coach.

•  Florida   has named John Thompson (Arkansas) as new DC.
